Police are asking for the public's help in finding a man they say stole over $800 from a woman he met with.

Police say the unidentified man was meeting a 33-year-old woman at her home back in August at East 150th Street and Grand Concourse.

After he left, the woman told police she noticed her car keys, cash, jewelry and credit card were missing. She was also notified by her bank that the man withdrew about $858 from her account.

The suspect is described as being 6 foot 7, about 200 pounds with black hair.

Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS
