Police: Man killed by hit-and-run driver

A man was struck and killed Tuesday by a hit-and-run driver in the Bronx, police say.
The incident happened near the intersection of Randall and Zerega avenues around 6 a.m.
The man killed in the incident was identified by the Logan Bus Company as 62-year-old Yun Ko.
Police say the man was found face down lying unconscious after being hit by a vehicle.
He was transported to Montefiore Medical Center where he was later pronounced dead.
Police say no arrests have been made, and they are investigating the incident as a hit-and-run.
Fellow employees say Ko was a great man and respected employee.
A company spokeperson released a statement saying, "Logan is very saddened to hear the news of Yun's passing. Yun was a great man and a great driver who was respected by his peers and the schools he serviced, he was a model employee. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family during this tragic time."
