A Bronx mother worked Sunday to put an end to violence after her son was gunned down last year.
Stephanie Garcia says she's still reeling from the loss of her son, 16-year-old Sincear Williams, after he was fatally shot last December after leaving a birthday party in Morris Park.
"I don't wish this on my worst enemy," says Garcia. "No mother should feel this."
Garcia, since launching the Forever Sincear Foundation, has put on events aimed at getting kids off the streets.
Her long-term goal is to launch an after school program in honor of her son to service kids in the Bronx.
Williams' father says a program like that is a necessity.
Garcia holds a support group for those dealing with the loss of a loved one due to violence.
