NYPD: Man accused of assaulting woman, striking her with car

Police are asking for the public's help in tracking down a man they say assaulted a woman in Co-Op City back in August.
Police tell News 12 the man got into an argument with the 29-year-old woman in front of a 7-Eleven on Baychester Avenue.
News 12 is told he whipped out a knife and then hopped into a black Toyota Camry with a livery cab license plate, striking the victim as he backed out of the parking space.
The victim sustained non-life threatening injuries to her back, hand and leg.
Police say the suspect is still on the loose and is believed to be in his late 30s.
