Dance it Out teaches seniors new dance moves

Seniors are getting a chance to learn some new moves thanks to a man who teaches dance to people all over the world.
Billy Blanks Jr. teaches a program called Dance it Out in Greenwich and Westchester. Blanks says you can burn 700 to 1,000 calories in every class, even by going at your own pace.
Blanks says he has a 96-year-old woman who loves the class, and it's been great for her and many other seniors.
"They're getting a body workout but they're also getting a brain workout," Blanks says. "So, I'm giving them the opportunity to learn routines that increase their memory, all kinds of different things and it's really great for Alzheimer's."
