Judge sentences James Rackover to 28-years for killing Stamford man

A judge handed down the maximum sentence to one of the suspects in the death of a Stamford man.
James Rackover was sentences to 28 years to life in prison for killing Joseph Comunale inside a Manhattan apartment back in 2016.
After the fatal stabbing, Rackover attempted to burn Comunale's body inside a shallow grave in New Jersey.
Pat Comunale, the victim's father, says the family won't rest until all three suspects are brought to justice.
