Hip-hop artist Maino gives out coats for those in need

A local Hip-hop artist handed out dozens of coats on Saturday in Bed-Stuy.
Artist Maino partnered up with Macy's and Clothes 4 Souls for the cause.
The goal of the event was to help residents stay warm during the winter months.
“I spent my life here, you know, so this really hits home,” said Maino. “It's really about me really wanting to give back to my direct neighborhood.”
Macy's is running a program called “Share the Warmth” where one coat will be donated for every one shoppers buy.
This marked the seventh annual coat drive and Maino says he hopes to bring it back again next year.
