Gov. Murphy: State will adjust with weather conditions

Gov. Phil Murphy tells News 12 New Jersey that the state will adjust with the weather conditions.
He says officials are very concerned if all of the precipitation freezes.
"Regardless of whether you get snow, wintry mix, or rain, you'll get precipitation. The drop in temperatures, typical tonight, but tomorrow, going into tomorrow night...has us getting down into single digits which means another concern we have is whether you have rain or snow, the surfaces are going to ice up -  and then of course, tree branches, power lines, etc.,” he says.
Murphy says if there are problems with ice and power, the state's four major electric utilities already have help from out-of-state lined up.
