A missing Bronx teen has been found on a Manhattan train with a registered sex offender.

Police say they found 14-year-old Sage Locus on a train in Herald Square Saturday morning after a passenger recognized her and had the conductor contact them.

They say she was with 35-year-old Anthony Ferdinand, who is a level 2 registered sex offender.

Locus was reported missing on Thursday around 6 p.m. from her Wakefield home

Officials say Ferdinand had last been seen Thursday morning in Manhattan at a shelter where he lives.

They say the teenager's mother found evidence that her daughter had a sexual interaction with Ferdinand and confronted her about it. Locus then took off.

According to the New York State sex offender registry, Ferdinand was convicted in 2003 of sexual abuse in the first degree of a 19-year-old.

Police say the investigation is ongoing and it is unclear if Ferdinand will face any charges.
