What's Cooking: Bread pudding

Chris Perotta, of Blackbird Restaurant in Wantagh, shows News 12's Lily Stolzberg how make bread pudding.
Ingredients:
-4 eggs
-1 cup of sugar
-1 cup of maple syrup
-1 pint (16 ounces) of heavy cream
-Bread
-Ice cream
Directions:
-Whisk 4 eggs.
-Add sugar, syrup, heavy cream and stir.
-Throw bread in. (Break it tear it cut it whatever.)
-Stir
-Let bread pudding soak & sit for 30 to 40 minutes.
-Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
-Serve with ice cream
