Nearly 200K pounds of pork sausage recalled for possible contamination

Monogram Meat Snacks, LLC. is recalling nearly 200,000 pounds of ready-to-eat pork sausage because of possible product contamination.

Nearly 200K pounds of pork sausage recalled for possible contamination
Monogram Meat Snacks, LLC. is recalling nearly 200,000 pounds of ready-to-eat pork sausage because of possible product contamination.
According to the FDA, various flavors of "Duke's Shorty Sausages" may be tainted due to product contamination.
All of the products come in five-ounce packages.
The FDA says the recall is being initiated due to product tampering, following the production process.
The products subject to recall bear establishment number “EST. 795” and were shipped to retail locations nationwide.
So far, there have been no reports of any injuries.
