Police: 4 wanted in connection to Throgs Neck Party City slashing
Police have released a video of the four people wanted in connection to a slashing at a Throgs Neck Party City.
The Party City on Hutchinson River Parkway is back open today after being closed all afternoon Thursday after the attack.

Police say one of the suspects approached the 24-year-old working employee from behind, slashing him multiple times in the head, face and arm with a sharp object.

Detectives say they are also searching for three additional men who they say stood nearby as lookouts. It is still unclear what the motive was behind the slashing.

Party City said in a statement in part, “The safety of our team members is our top priority and we were shocked by this senseless act of violence. Our thoughts are with our team member during this time.”

The store tells News 12 it is working with police on the investigation.
No arrests have been made.
Anyone with information is asked to call police.
