Police say they witnessed Arash Haghani swerving in and out of his lane on Portion Road in Farmingville after midnight.

Farmingville man accused of driving drunk with son in car
A Farmingville father is accused of driving drunk with his 3-year old son in the car.
Police say they witnessed Arash Haghani swerving in and out of his lane on Portion Road in Farmingville after 12 a.m.
Haghani is being charged with aggravated DWI under Leandra's Law.
Haghani's 3-year-old was not hurt, and released to his mother.
