Posted: Updated:
CO-OP CITY -

A Co-op City grandmother has been found after her family had not heard from her since Sunday.

Susie Nesbitt, 72, has Alzheimer's and ended up at Interfaith Hospital. The hospital says she discharged herself Thursday afternoon and got home on her own.

Nesbitt's children hadn't heard from her in four days. A Silver Alert was put out on Tuesday and her son Robert was working to locate her with a 45th Precinct detective.

Robert says Susie was being interviewed by police and checked out my EMTs at her home just to be safe.
