Farmingdale LIRR parking lot closes Saturday for PGA spectators

The closure starts tomorrow and goes through Sunday, May 19, the last day of the tournament.

A controversial closing of some Long Island Rail Road parking lots starts tomorrow due to the PGA Championship in Bethpage.
As News 12 has reported, commuter lots at the Farmingdale station will be closed to handle golf fans arriving by train.
The closure starts tomorrow and goes through Sunday, May 19, the last day of the tournament.
Regular train riders who pay annual fees to park at the station and are being diverted to Wyandanch.
Officials say they have no other choice.
