Police say five people are wanted in connection to a store robbery on Friday.

They say the suspects robbed a smoke shop on Southern Boulevard. News 12 is told a female suspect stole something out of the store but was then followed out and confronted by an employee.

Officials say during the confrontation, the other suspects took the store keys out of the employee's hand and tried to use them to get back inside.

They say when the employee and his son tried to stop them, the suspects attacked them.
