Broad-daylight stabbing injures man on East 163rd Street

Authorities say a man was injured in a stabbing that happened in broad daylight Friday morning.
Authorities said they were called to the area of East 163 Street and Reverend James A. Polite Avenue just before 10 a.m.
Witnesses stated that they saw the victim stabbed many times in the shoulder, and he reportedly ran down the sidewalk with the knife still in his shoulder.
Police remained at the scene investigating later in the day Friday.
There is no word on the victim’s condition, and no arrests have been made.
