Neighbors are showing concern about flooding around their homes in the wake of precipitation, and say they need better ways to drain the water.
Along Pennyfield Avenue, residents say that after just one night of rain, they need rain boots to get out of their cars.
Residents say that even though they have complained for years, no one has helped them, and are still calling on city officials to inspect the roadway.
Neighbors are worried that if the roads are not taken care of, the flooding is only going to get worse.
News 12 reached out to multiple city officials. The Department of Environmental Protection says they are going to send a crew to investigate.
The city Department of Transportation is also looking into the issue.
