THE BRONX -

The New York Post reported that a teacher from Bronx High School for Writing and Communication Arts was found hiding in the bedroom of one of her female students.

The report claims Tamara Alvarez, 35, and the student were dating and that the city's special commissioner of investigation searched her phone records. The commissioner allegedly found that Alvarez called or texted the girl about 800 times between February and May of 2017, while the student contacted her about 500 times.

Alvarez denies going into the girl's bedroom.
