Police say they're searching for three men and a woman in connection to a violent robbery in Hunts Point Thursday.

News 12 is told the robbery happened inside a private home near Gilbert Place and Faile Street. Police say a woman, who was being hosted at the house, let her three male friends come inside.

They say one of them pistol whipped the man living at the house before the other suspects stole $12,000 in cash and three cellphones.

Police say the group took off in a white Honda Accord. The victim was treated for head trauma at a nearby hospital and is expected to recover.

Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS.
