Police: 2 men rob South Bronx apartment at gunpoint

SOUTH BRONX -

Police say two men are wanted for robbing an apartment in South Bronx at gunpoint Thursday.

They say the men went into the apartment, pointed guns at the people inside and even pistol-whipped one of them before stealing a chain, a pocketbook with $200 in cash and three cellphones.

One is described as being heavy set, and about 6'2" and 235 pounds. The other is described as being 5'11" and 170 pounds.

Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS.
