Weekend Workout: Ringside sets

This week's workout comes from Arianthe Vangelatos at Lifetime Athletic Club. This Ringside workout includes shadow boxing and other high endurance moves.
The boxing moves are used for recovery from AMRAP.
Grab some 1- or 2-pound weights and watch your form as you perform these jabs and crosses.
For your AMRAP session - grab a jump rope and get to work to get your heart rate up. Next head into a squat-curl-press to really work your whole body.
Lastly, work your core with a plank walk with a push-up.
