What's Cooking: Burrito Mojado

Ivan and Ramiro, of Margarita's Cafe, shows News 12's Lily Stolzberg how to make a burrito mojado.
Ingredients:
Soft flour tortilla
Grilled skirt steak
Refried Beans
Oaxaca cheese
Lettuce
Tampiquena sauce
Topped with tomatillo sauce, sour cream and guacamole
Served with rice and refried beans
Ingredients for Tampiquena:
A marinade made of green peppers, tomato, onions, garlic, pepper, salt and olive oil.
Instructions:
Grill skirt steak, then sauté steak in tampiquena sauce with onion. Warm flour tortilla. Tortilla gets rolled with lettuce, Oaxaca cheese, skirt steak and onion. Top it with tomatillo sauce and Oaxaca cheese melted, drizzled with sour cream and guacamole. Serve with rice and refried beans.
