NYPD: Man charged with murder in subway station slaying

Police say a 29-year-old man is charged with murder and other counts in connection to a fatal shooting at a Bronx subway station last week.
They say Rafael Hollis, of the Bronx, is charged with second-degree murder, manslaughter, criminal possession of a weapon and acting in a manner injurious to a child.
As News 12 has reported, 25-year-old James Cubille was found with a gunshot wound to the torso around 6:30 p.m. on Oct. 4. It happened at the Grand Concourse B/D subway station.
Police have said that the shooting happened after a verbal dispute between Cubille and the mother of his child. They allege that Hollis, who was with the mother, pulled the trigger and then fled the station.
Hollis was arrested after a search.
