The Tour de Bronx, originally scheduled for Sunday, Oct. 27, has been canceled due to weather.

Officials say the weather forecast calls 1 inch of rain and the chance for some gusty winds.

As of now, no rain date has been announced.

The Tour de Bronx is produced by the Bronx Tourism Council and the Office of the Bronx Borough President to promote bicycling as an eco-friendly and healthier form of transportation.
