Rapper and Bronx native Remy Ma is no longer facing assault charges.
Prosecutors dropped the charges in connection with an alleged attack on one of her "Love & Hip Hop" co-stars.
The charges were dropped because a witness is "no longer cooperative," according to prosecutors.
Brittany Taylor accused the 39-year-old of punching her in the eye during a benefit concert in Manhattan back in April.
The rapper, whose real name is Reminisce Smith, turned herself in one month later to face assault and harassment charges.
Smith had previously served six years in prison for a shooting back in 2007.
