Police say two men are wanted in connection to a knifepoint robbery at the intersection of East 154th Street and Melrose Avenue last Sunday.

They say a 26-year-old man and a 28-year-old man were approached by the suspects around 9:30 p.m. Police say one of the men pulled out a knife and demanded money.

They say one of the suspects forcibly removed $150 in cash from one of the victims. An iPhone 6 was also stolen during the robbery.

The first suspect is described as weighing 200 to 210 pounds over 6-feet tall. The second suspect is described as being about 5-foot-6-inches to 5-foot-7-inches and weighing between 140 to 150 pounds.

Police say the two suspects ran away from the scene in an unknown direction.

The victims were not injured. Anyone with information is asked to call police.
