Mayor Bill de Blasio discusses new proposal for paid vacation time in Brownsville

Mayor Bill de Blasio stopped by the Bethesda Healing Center in Brownsville to discuss paid time off Sunday.
He says there's legislation before the City Council that would make New York City the first city in the U.S. to give all workers two weeks of paid vacation time.
De Blasio says far too many New Yorkers are simply not getting the break they need and deserve.
He says the U.S. is the only industrialized nation in the world that does not mandate paid vacation time for workers.
