Lunar New Year celebrations remain underway in New York City, even as others across the state and around the world have been postponed due to the fear of spreading the coronavirus.
News 12 reporter Sabrina Franza was in Sunset Park at one celebration that's still going on as scheduled.
Organizers say that since there hasn’t been a proven case in New York City, the show will go on.
The event features dancing, costumes and balloons at the Sunset Park Community Center.
The Department of Health says it’s investigating four people in isolation as they are tested for the coronavirus.
Meanwhile, Chinese officials say the death toll of the virus has risen to 41.
With two cases confirmed in the U.S., the CDC is warning anyone who has recently traveled to Wuhan and have fever, a caught, or difficulty breathing  to seek immediate medical care, and to avoid contact or travel.
Officials also confirm that one person from Long Island has been tested for the virus. Many events have also been canceled or postponed there.
Mayor Bill de Blasio has said he thinks a case in the city will happen "sooner rather than later."
