4th ‘Best of Brooklyn Food and Beer Festival’ held in Industry City

Posted: Updated:

The annual “Best of Brooklyn Food and Beer Festival” in Industry City on Saturday had food, beer, whiskey and much more to offer.

Visitors could try different whiskey samples from Bulliet to Johnnie Walker, as well as unlimited craft beer from Brooklyn Brewery, Five Boroughs and other breweries.

As for food, there were bites to try from well-known chefs in the borough, like Tony Luke and Empanada Papa.

Organizers of the event, which is in its fourth year, told News 12 that the goal is to have a good time and to see what the city has to offer.

Elizabeth Aloni from Festival Media said that she hopes that people learned about new breweries and food that they didn’t know was available in Brooklyn. She also hopes that attendees were able to see Brooklyn from a new perspective and were reminded to continue supporting local businesses.
