A Throgs Neck man claims a tow truck hit his parked car, leaving him with a hefty repair bill, and he says he has the video to prove it.
A concerned neighbor gave Hector Colon security footage from their Ring camera showing Colon's new BMW that was parked on Logan Avenue being hit.
Colon says the contact left his front bumper with a small crack and bent rims. He says he is looking at $2,000 to fix the damage.
Colon was able to track down the name of the towing company through the video. He says he has reached out to Gallows Trucking on Long Island numerous times but no one picks up and the voicemail box is full.
He says he has filed a police report and gave them the name of the company, driver's name and the plate number of the truck that hit his car.
Colon says if the towing company doesn't step up, his next steps could involve taking legal action.
News 12 contacted the towing company in the video and a got a message saying the voicemail box is full.
