New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo held a news conference Monday. On an earlier media conference call, he, as well as the governors of New Jersey and Connecticut, announced a ban on gatherings over 50 people in all three states.

Casinos, gyms, movie theaters and racetracks will close at 8 p.m. tonight. Bars and restaurants with dine-in service will also close. The ban is until further notice.

All state park fees will be waived.
