Those who think they have coronavirus, are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 or may have been exposed to coronavirus should contact their health care provider immediately.
People who need more information about the coronavirus or would like to set up an appointment to get tested in New York should call 888-364-3065. 
New Jersey's hotline can be reached at 211. 
The State of Connecticut has partnered with United Way of Connecticut to provide a general information hotline to the public. Connecticut residents can call 211 or text “CTCOVID” to 898211.

Derby: Griffin Health COVID-19 Drive-Up Test Collection Site is located at Griffin Hospital, 130 Division St., Derby, in the hospital’s upper parking lot near the Community Garden. The collection site will operate 7 days a week from 8 a.m.-5 p.m., Monday-Friday, and from 8 a.m.-3 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday. In order to initiate the testing process at the new collection facility, a person with COVID-19 symptoms will need to have a valid order for the test from a licensed independent healthcare practitioner (MD, DO, APRN or PA). Southampton: Hudson River Health Care (HRHCare) Kraus Family Health Center at 330 Meeting House Lane in Southampton Village. It will open on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. starting April 30. Appointments needed. Call for appointment at (845) 553-8030.
Town of Babylon: Town of Babylon, Suffolk County and HRHCare Community Health establish two "hotspot" testing sites to address areas that are seeing higher rates of COVID-19 spread. Newburgh: Cornerstone Medical Center in Newburgh is offering curbside testing for their patients in their cars. The testing takes place after Cornerstone patients are triaged through a telemedicine process with providers, which reduces risk to other patients and staff.

COVID-19 testing site located at Cooper’s Poynt Park, 801 Delaware Avenue in Camden City, is extending its testing operations and will remain open until further notice. The site is open Monday through Friday, noon to 4 p.m. It is open to county residents, by appointment, who have symptoms and meet other criteria, and who have received a referral for testing from a medical provider (at Cooper, Virtua, CamCare, or other provider).

Morris County: Morris County, in coordination with the state of New Jersey, has begun to create the infrastructure of a drive-thru coronavirus testing site to be located in a parking area at the County College of Morris in Randolph. Further details will be released when possible.
Union: Kean University in Union. Testing at the drive-thru is by appointment only for Union County residents, Union County First Responders and essential personnel. Participants need to get a prescription and register through their doctor or health care provider.
OCEAN COUNTY

PASSAIC COUNTY:
Paterson: A new drive-thru COVID-19 drive-thru testing site at the Barnert Subacute Rehabilitation Center parking lot. Residents have to do a telemedicine appointment first to get a prescription for a test. The site will test 250 people a day. It will be open seven days a week. 
SOMERSET COUNTY:
RVCC: Somerset County and Hunterdon County, in collaboration with Raritan Valley Community College, will be opening a COVID-19 drive-thru testing site on Thursday, April 16. Testing will be by appointment only and a valid doctor’s prescription is required. The site at Raritan Valley Community College will be located at 118 Lamington Road. It will be open from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on April 16, 17 and 20. Additional dates will be offered based on availability of test kits and PPE. Check here for updates.
NEW YORK CITY
Staten Island: Located on Seaview Avenue in South Beach and will be open daily from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.  Appointments can be made by calling 888-364-3065
The Bronx: Lehman College's parking lot. Hours will be 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Appointments can be made by calling 888-364-3065.
The Bronx: Bay Plaza AMC Theater at 2210 Bartow Ave. Residents who would like to be tested must make an appointment by calling 888-364-3065. There will be no walk-ins allowed and all patients must be in a vehicle. The center is slated to be operational on March 30 at 10 a.m. Site hours will be Monday - Sunday, 8 a.m. - 6 p.m.

The Bronx: Walk-ins are available at Jacobi Hospital, Lincoln Hospital, BronxCare, North Central Bronx and Montefiore locations. Call (844) 692-4692.
Brooklyn: Drive-thru testing available at Urgent Care Clinic Parcare Community in Coney Island.
Brooklyn: Drive-thru mobile testing facility at Sears parking lot at 2307 Beverly Road. Opening April 10 at 12:30 p.m.
Brooklyn: A drive-thru mobile testing facility will at the Sears Parking Lot at 2307 Beverly Road in Brooklyn at 12:30 p.m.
Brooklyn:  Wyckoff Medical Center partnered with SOMO Care to offer testing from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at United Revival Mennonite Church on Melrose Street between Knickerbocker Avenue and Wilson Street in Bushwick.
Brooklyn: The BMS Family Health and Wellness Centers walk-up testing facility is open Monday to Friday and individuals are seen by appointment only. Those interested in being tested are asked to call the COVID-19 Hotline at (888) 364-3065 to make an appointment during operating hours on Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Queens: A drive-thru mobile testing facility at the Club House at Aqueduct Race Track Parking Lot, 110-00 Rockaway Blvd, in Queens
The state is also opening three walk-in facilities at health care centers in the South Bronx; Jamaica, Queens; and in Brownsville, Brooklyn. The walk-in facilities will open next week and will be by appointment only.
ROCKLAND COUNTY
Anthony Wayne Recreation Area: Located off the Palisades Parkway. Appointment only, open daily from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Appointments can be made by calling 888-364-3065.
Haverstraw: Testing will be conducted in the municipal parking lot next to the Village of Haverstraw Community Center on West Broad Street. Hours of operation will be 9 a.m. -5 p.m. every weekday. Tests will secured by appointment only and must be made by calling the New York State Department of Health at 1-888-364-3065.
Spring Valley: Until Friday, June 12, the Martin Luther King Multi-Purpose Center will be doing COVID-19 and antibodies tests from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. It's free, no insurance needed. Call ahead for appointments - 1-833-422-7369. Walk-ins are welcome, but it is recommended to call ahead to find out what is being offered that day.
ULSTER COUNTY

WESTCHESTER COUNTY
Mount Vernon: Mount Vernon Neighborhood Health Center at 107 W 4th St. Must have an appointment.  It will operate 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. To make an appointment, call 888-364-3065
New Rochelle: Glen Island Park, appointment only, open daily from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Appointments can be made by calling 888-364-3065.
New Rochelle: Lockwood Avenue, across from Montefiore New Rochelle. Open Monday from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday-Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. This testing site is open to people without cars and with appointments.
Valhalla: Westchester Medical Center Health Network (WMCHealth) will provide appointment-only drive-thru coronavirus specimen collection on the campus of Westchester Medical Center for current and former WMCHealth patients with a verified COVID-19 testing appointment. A referral from a WMCHealth physician is mandatory and specimen collection will be conducted only by appointment. Current or former WMCHealth patients who are experiencing symptoms that may indicate illness need to contact their physician’s office to be screened. Current and former patients who meet the current screening criteria will then be given an appointment for drive-through testing.
Yonkers: St. Joseph’s Medical Center at 127 South Broadway in Yonkers has set up an area near its emergency room to screen and possibly test individuals with coronavirus symptoms.
