Future health professionals are finding unique ways to help warriors on the front line of the coronavirus pandemic. 

They’re helping them at home, so those on the front line can continue to fight the coronavirus outbreak in the city.

News 12’s Eric Steltzer spoke with students from the Albert Einstein College of Medicine who say they’re using the same technology News 12 used to speak to them, to tutor the kids of medical professionals. 

To help them get through the crisis, some students made home visits, while others could video conference in to keep children occupied. 

Organizers say they have over 100 medical and Ph.D. student volunteers who answered the call to action. They say they will continue to look for more ways to lend a helping hand.
