Strike averted for Bronx apartment building workers
A deal has been reached to avert a strike for thousands of Bronx apartment building workers threatening to walk off the job. 
Local 32BJ Union representatives agreed to a new four-year deal that includes a $64.75 raise per week. 
The contract also introduces a 401(k) retirement plan for employees in their second year.
The agreement still needs to be ratified by union members.
