Storm Watch Team Meteorologist Meredith Garofalo says it will be a beautiful weekend with plenty of sunshine and less humid conditions. Some much-needed rain is possible to start the workweek.

FORECAST:

SATURDAY: Mostly sunny - comfortable. Highs only around 79 degrees. Lows near 62.
SUNDAY: Sun and clouds - comfortable. Highs around 83 degrees. Lows around 65.

MONDAY: Mainly cloudy with showers possible. Highs around 78. Lows around 66.   
TUESDAY: WEATHER TO WATCH -- Right now, our best chance for steadier wet weather with periods of rain likely and a t-storm chance. Highs around 78. Lows around 65. 
DROUGHT: SEVERE for Putnam and Southern Dutchess. Conditions have the chance to ease a bit with rain chances in the Monday - Wednesday timeframe next week.
