Cops need help identifying a man wanted for cashing another man's rent check. 

Police released a surveillance image of the suspect, who they say altered the check and cashed it at a Citibank branch on Jerome Avenue back on Feb. 11. 

A few weeks earlier, the 55-year-old victim had mailed in his rent check, but his management company never received it. The man checked his account and discovered that the check had been cashed fraudulently.
