Country Club residents are concerned about a suspected car thief who they say is on the loose in their community. 

Neighbors have surveillance video that shows the man who they believe has been walking around and trying to get into several vehicles on Ohm Avenue. 

They say he was successful in robbing one of them at around 4 a.m. last Friday. One person also reported watching the suspect try to break into two other cars that same morning. 

People in the area are now calling for more police patrols before another car is broken into. 

The NYPD recommends that drivers keep their vehicles locked at all times and parked in well-lit areas. It says car owners should never keep valuables in the glove compartment and should activate their alarm system if they have one.
