Teachers' cars repeatedly broken into
Employees at Truman High School left work Monday to discover several of their cars had been broken into.
It happened on Palmer Avenue in Edenwald, and the victims say it wasn't the first time.
Last week, Eva Maher says thieves stole a can of diet coke and the ear piece to her phone but left her GPS and a bag of quarters.
This week, a different victim says the thieves did steal her GPS, which had her home address programmed in.
The victims say they can't afford to pay for parking, so they must park on the exposed street.
"I'm a public school teacher," says Jacob Sugar, another victim. "I'm not rich."
