Lanes reopen, but heavy delays still remain after a fiery crash closed off the upper level of the George Washington Bridge. Multiple other accidents, including a disabled vehicle have caused delays.
The top level of the George Washington Bridge has been closed for hours Friday morning after a fiery crash created massive traffic backups. Port Authority told News 12 that another vehicle hit the truck around the fuel tank.
The flames took hours to extinguish, and the cause of the accident remains under investigation.
