Dozens of neighbors along East 209th Street in Norwood found their vehicles with slashed tires Saturday morning. 

News 12 obtained exclusive video of the man believed to be responsible for the incident. He can be seen approaching a vehicle and forcefully stabbing at tires. 

One neighbor said that he had to put his weekend plans on hold to deal the ordeal. 

"I want him to see our face and to see our suffering and to feel the same. I want him to feel our pain," said Mustafa Emon. 

Police say they are investigating the incident.
