Weather Update: Bitter cold grips the Bronx
Snow flurries are expected to taper off by mid-morning Monday, but high winds and chilly temperatures will stay present throughout the day.
Wind chill values will make today's high of 27 feel more like 10 to 15 degrees with wind gusts as high as 35 mph. 
Tonight, expect windy and chilly conditions to continue with wind chill values between 5 and 10 degrees.
Another blast of flurries could occur in the later evening hours with no accumulation.
