Whipping winds, snow create poor visibility for drivers

Rain early Wednesday eventually changed over to big, wet snowflakes that blanketed the Bronx.
The whipping winds and snow made for decreased visibility for drivers.
Many drivers were being cautious on the slippery, wet roads.
