Wintry weather keeps some Bronx shoppers home
With Christmas just around the corner, Bronx residents hit the stores Saturday to get their last minute shopping done.
The weekend before Christmas the Mall at Bay Plaza is usually packed with shoppers trying to grab last minute gifts.
Some shoppers told News 12 that the mall is less hectic this year, possibly due to Saturday's messy weather.
"I figured no one would be here because of the snow and rain. So far, it's working out pretty good for us," says shopper Theresa Carey.
