Youth football players from around the Bronx came together Sunday in Norwood to celebrate at their annual homecoming.
Despite the rain and cold weather, cheerleaders and football players say they have been waiting for the event all year.
The fifth annual homecoming was a culmination of their hard work, exercise and healthy living.
Teams work hard to compete for the New York City Youth Football League championship, but Sunday was a time for the athletes to celebrate.
