Two Bronx men are being hailed as heroes Saturday for saving two puppies lost during Superstorm Sandy.
Josh Schwartz and NYPD officer Justin were at the Hammond Cove Marina when they rescued two puppies out of the water.
The two dogs have since been adopted and are on their way to a new home on Long Island.
