Two men attacked and robbed a 68-year-old cab driver who was giving them a ride home to the Bronx from a Yonkers casino, according to police.
It happened on Saturday around 6:30 a.m. at Barkley Avenue and Hollywood Avenue in Throgs Neck.
Police say the two punched the livery cab driver in the face and stole $300 and his cellphone after he picked them up at Empire Casino.
The man was transported to Jacobi Medical Center, where he was treated and released.
Police have released surveillance images taken from the casino where the suspects originally entered the livery cab.
