Two people were taken to the hospital after a fire broke out on the second floor of a building on Trinity Avenue in Melrose.
FDNY says about 60 fire and EMS personnel responded to the scene just after 2:15 p.m.
Crews battled flames on the second floor of the residence, according to fire officials.
Footage from the Citizen app shows EMS taking a person in a wheelchair out of the home and transferring them onto a stretcher.
One person suffered minor injuries, while another was hospitalized with serious injuries that were not considered life-threatening.
