Community activist says Featherbed Lane assault was act of retaliation
<p>Police say a 56-year-old man was nearly beaten to death by five men around 9 p.m. Saturday night on Featherbed Lane. They say the victim has 35 prior arrests for acts including criminal mischief and burglary. </p>
