Family files $10 million claim against NYPD for alleged police brutality against Brooklyn teen
Two-and-a-half months after police allegedly used a Taser and baton on 16-year-old Jahmel Leach, family and lawyers announced the filing of a claim against the NYPD for $10 million in damages.
